STAR Pathway Sessions – coaches must be Regional In Training or higher 

Podium Pathway Sessions – coaches must be Provincial Trained or higher and have an athlete competing at the Pre-Novice level or higher

STAR Pathway Sessions are two days

Podium Pathway Sessions are Saturday only. Coaches who register for the Podium Pathway sessions on Saturday have the option to attend Day 2 of the STAR sessions. This can be added at time of registration for $150 plus HST

Registration Information

Early Bird Pricing – Available until April 17th at 11:59 PM

• $375 + HST
• Podium Pathway One‑Day: $225 + HST

Regular Pricing – Available from April 18th until April 27th at 11:59 PM.

• $450 + HST
• Podium Pathway One‑Day: $300 + HST

Refunds will not be issued after the posted deadline.

Registration includes:

• Access to all sessions (Podium or STAR, depending on registration)
• Networking night
• Welcome gift
• Conference materials (session resources, schedule, facilitator bios, sponsor list)
• Additional inclusions to be updated once the 2026 schedule is finalized.
